Finding a quiet place to think is not easy in today's busy world. Make a point to find quiet space either outside or in a private room away from other people, electronic devices and noise even for just five minutes each day
Take a few moments to focus on your breathing. Take a few deep breaths and notice how it feels to breathe in and out.
Take a look around you, listen to the sounds you hear, feel your body and your feet, smell your surroundings. Don't focus on the issue you are struggling with yet, just use your senses to tune into yourself and the space.
Visualize yourself knowing the answer to the question you are focusing on. You most likely already know the answer. Even if you don't know for sure, imagine that you do
Test out different choices. How does it feel? Does your body tense up or do you feel relaxed? Your subconscious will send you signals through your body. When you make the decision that feels relaxing, open or exciting, you will know its the right choice
